Faith Beholds You

It’s the time of trouble when we usually realise the value of having faith in something. Faith on the situation, our capability, our people and on the powerful universe which we call God.

When life becomes difficult and things don’t go our way, we start observing minor behaviours and habits closely. Faith is just a matter of changing our beliefs on something which we did not believe earlier.. Human brain is designed to find tools to calm itself during tough situations, however most of the time we are in a panic state of mind. The selection of these tools totally depend upon our thoughts and belief systems.

It’s like a doctor. A doctor always examines the illness and then provides appropriate medicine. Similarly, our mind will take support from our thoughts & belief systems to determine what tool to offer. For example, if a person is facing tough situation in his life, and during this if he is continuously thinking about negative results and fear of his mind what is this happens, what if that happens, what if I fail, What if I lose my job tomorrow, he will get tools like Alcohol, Smoking, loneliness and even anger/frustration at times. On the other side, if the person is hopeful and has faith in all the good things he possesses right now, the tools might be different.

One of those tools that our mind can offer is “Confidence”.

I have been into such situations where I was able to transform my results drastically by taking a leap of faith towards a few things. Here is my list which I cling onto during difficult situations.

Gratitude: Gratitude is a wonderful medicine to see the other side of the coin. Since the time I have failed measurably in my life (I still fail many times), I have started offering gratitude on a daily basis. No matter what the situation is, good or bad, I ensure that I am focused on what I have, instead of what I don’t have. In fact, this daily focus on gratitude makes me focus on solutions and clams my mind to look forward to new solutions to resolve the situation.

Pray: We all pray every day, but I want to ask you how passionately we pray. It’s not the quantity of prayers that matter, it’s the quality. Also, there is a scientific method of praying. It is proved that during sleep our subconscious mind is active. When we imagine the right thing during our prayers, it manifests. Prayer has the power of our imagination. The more intensely you imagine, the higher the chances are you will receive it.

Imagination: Imagination is the key to turn any situation around in our mind. We may not be able to change the actual situation, but we have power to find solutions in our mind in advance. Visualization is the technique to imagine your success, desires getting fulfilled and solution to a problem. Everything in this world that we see was first imagined by someone. When we imagine, we activate the power of our subconscious mind to store our imaginary moments in its memory. We command our subconscious mind that what we want out of this situation. Imagination is power. It can take you places where you would not even think of going. Imagination when combined with strong faith, can manifest anything in this world.

Make a Journal: Our words send a frequency in the universe whether it is verbal or written. It’s important that we write down our blessings, make a gratitude list, write down what you want to achieve in your life on a post it stickers. Stick them in your room where you will see them frequently at least 2-3 times a day and feel happy about writing down your desires makes your belief stronger. Once you write down, believe that it’s already yours. Believe that it is coming your way. Universe is working its way out for you. In addition to this, I have also developed a rabbit of having my success journal where I would stick pictures of my desired house, car or anything I want and strongly believe that it’s mine already.

Reminders/Affirmations: We get so busy in our daily life, that once we do all of these we tend to forget them so quickly. We get distracted by negative suggestions and people at work, we get upset and depressed at times due to someone else’s opinions. I was also going through something similar in my life especially at work. I made a habit of setting up reminders in my calendar to remind myself that I have an amazing life waiting for me outside this office or meeting room. I need to be aware and conscious about those things which are positive, empowering and motivating. I would go for a walk a few times a day in the sun outside my office and imagine myself doing what I love to do, imagine myself at the right place or country where I want to live in future. I would rather imagine myself walking on different roads, meeting different people who I want to be with.

In summary, there are many tools to manifest your desires, however the law of attraction depends upon one thing only which is your Belief. If you have a doubt or a second thought in any of these, it will not work for you. Believing that all your desires are true and you can accomplish it, makes a way for you. Universe will guide you to the right people or right situations that will eventually lead you to your destiny. This has been my personal experience in manifesting my desires so far. It has now become my second nature, to give thanks for every small thing that happens in my life. To imagine my dreams even while I am sleeping. To remind myself a few times a day that there is a tremendous power inside me that can make anything possible for me. And, you have that power too.

You are a wonderful gift from the god. You are fabulous and that is why you are here. Make the best use of this gift to help yourself and others.
