Relax & Breath




We get into the negative zone. Anger and negativity crops into us. We start defeating our own beliefs and then we have another set of beliefs to tackle the situation. During this time, we fail to understand that it’s not going to fix things for us because it’s us, who have set unrealistic expectations from life without knowing it’s simplicity.

So much to worry about. right? Out job, education, children, family, success, material processions and so on. We start criticizing the same job, family member and ourselves who we used to love so much at one point in time. It shows how as humans we change our perception of things around us, in fact how we change the impression about ourselves when things go bad. It’s good to be successful, but not at the cost of something which we can not come back to you. It’s our emotions, peace state of mind, positiveness & very important our mental stability.


Just relax. Show up to life whenever it beats you and embrace the situation. Positive or Negative. Do it in anyways. Give your life a flow through massive actions or go with the flow that is already decided for you. Everything is temporary, even our problems. All that is happening to us is for a reason. Try to find a meaning from it and make it your strength to move on and have a positive outlook to the situation.


We die thousand times everyday when we worry too much about things in our life. The fact is, desires will also go away. They are too temporary.


So Relax & Breath. Dont take stress.
